Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn or unused

  • Tags intact

  • In its original packaging

  • Include the order receipt or proof of purchase


1. Eligible Returns

If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, you may request a return within 30 days for a full refund or a replacement product.

  • Clear photos must be provided as evidence.

  • Return requests should be sent to xtigertm@gmail.com.

  • Returns due to size issues or personal preference are allowed, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee of $7.99, which will be deducted from the refund.


2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at xtigertm@gmail.com to submit your return request and explain the reason.

  2. Include your order number and any necessary photos (e.g., evidence of defect or damage).

  3. Wait for our confirmation email. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
    ⚠️ Do not send items back without approval, or the return will not be accepted.


3. Return & Exchange Processing Time

  • Returns and exchanges will be processed within one week after we receive your package.

  • Please allow two weeks for processing after we receive your return.

  • Once the refund is processed, we will notify you via email.


4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact xtigertm@gmail.com.


5. Custom Product Policy

  • All orders submitted via forms or customer service are custom-made products. Once the order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded for personal reasons.

  • Quality issues can be resolved by sending a replacement product.
