Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Time
Your order delivery time includes two parts:
Processing Time

Orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Express Shipping: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may be delayed due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
👉 Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
2. Shipping Countries
We currently ship to:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
❌ Orders cannot be delivered to freight forwarders, PO boxes, storage facilities, military bases, or similar third-party addresses. We are not responsible for failed deliveries to such addresses.

3. Shipping Method

Most orders are shipped from our local warehouse via Amazon FBA or other trusted logistics partners.

If local stock is unavailable, your order will be shipped from our China warehouse.
4. Multiple Items in One Order
We will try to ship all items in one package. However, due to stock locations and logistics, items may be shipped separately. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each package.
5. Taxes & Duties
In rare cases, your local customs office may charge duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. X-TIGER has no control over such charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.
6. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped (usually active within 24 hours).

Tracking information may take 48–72 hours to update.

If tracking does not update normally, please contact us at xtigertm@gmail.com. We will assist you within 24 hours.
7. Shipping Delays

International deliveries may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather, or limited flights.

During holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
If your order is delayed, please contact us at xtigertm@gmail.com, and we will check with the carrier.
8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
9. Address Changes

You may update your shipping address before the order is shipped by contacting xtigertm@gmail.com.

Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
⚠️ If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the loss will be the buyer’s responsibility.
10. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is not available in your local warehouse, you may choose to ship from our China warehouse, or contact us at xtigertm@gmail.com for assistance.
11. Wrong Item Received
If you received a product different from what you ordered, please contact us at xtigertm@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
